What the post doesn't tell you is that the unions of Michigan picked this fight with their collective bargaining proposal they put on the Nov 6 ballot. That proposal, had it passed would have outlawed ANY and ALL right-to-work legislation, but it got soundly defeated, as did the other union proposal on the ballot. The legislature is listening to the voters by passing this new law. And I couldn't be happier, seeing as how the national elections went!
