I've been in the construction business for 30 years, in New York City. Granted, that is the industry I was talking about primarily. And you're correct that the unions have recently been embracing guest worker programs. But if you compare a union job with a non union one, anywhere, the percentage of illegals on the non union job dwarfs that of the union job.
