My advice to rbartlett who thinks I made my previous post up, who called my previous post "creative but misleading history", is to look it up. The Ku Klux Klan was so powerful in the 1920s that it expanded beyond the South. I did a research paper on the Ku Klux Klan in high school. The facts I cited were from a two-hour special on the History Channel back in the 2000s. Those are the facts. A sex scandal, resulting the rape and murder of a Klan secretary, led to the downfall of the Klan in Indiana. As Glenn Beck says: "Don't take my word for it. Look it up."
