I agree that the inner cities have the most prevalent violence, and that the inner cities seem to be heavily populated with African Americans, BUT I believe that the race is not the decider in the violence, but rather the environment that the inhabitants are in with the broken homes, lack of encouragement, and a host of other factors. I see a lot of "Black Americans " that are not violent, that are successful in life and each one of them will tell you of the nurture, or encouragement or some thing else that brought them through the difficult time. RACE IS NOT THE DECIDING POINT!!
