"People are good without God." Are they? If nothing else, God is a source of morality which is outside of mankind's authority to change - similar to the way God is referenced in the Declaration of Independence. "Good" is subjective, so without God, goodness would be determined by the dictates of society. If society decided to embrace theft as "good" would that actually make it so?
