When people make such claims they arguing against a strawman that ALL laws would be repealed, such as personal injury, negligence, theft, manslaughter, etc. This is not the case. Every company that caused harm to consumers would be guilty of such laws, just as today. Libertarians argue against regulations that dictate HOW and WHAT producers must do in the production of their good.
