The idea that the state can forcibly relocate people who have committed no crime to "punishment housing camps" reminds me of how the Nazis relocated Jews to the Warsaw Ghetto...and then to the death camps. The terms "scum" and "trash" are dehumanizing, as well. What happens to the "trash" of such camps if they continue to show no improvement? What will the "special units" be asked to do then?
