So true, JGraham. I hear horror stories from some friends who are Finnish. One jokes the best doctor in town is nicknamed "Dr. Death". There are two types of health systems that developed from socialist medicine in Finland. Government doctors who are the bottom of the barrel, poorly educated, and poorly paid.
