Are we so devoid of leadership in this country that we must keep looking within the same families for our political talent? The competition between competent, qualified political leaders should be such that it would too difficult to establish dynastic political families. But who are we kidding, politics is like any other business its about who you know and families build connections for a reason.
Heck, we just ran the son of a former Governor and Presidential hopeful.
Does that mean we should ignore a qualified candidate because of his or her last name? I don't know, but it doesn't seem to be right that politics should ever be the family business.
