Even if there were courageous Republicans in Congress, there is no way articles of impeachment would ever get drafted, much less brought to fruition. The Dems would throw the race card at the first whiff of a serious impeachment discussion. I can just hear Chris Matthews, et all now: "The Republicans couldn't defeat the first black president at the ballot box, so they are trying to remove him by impeachment. They hate the idea of a black man being president so much, they will stop at nothing, even assassination." As long as there is the lapdog media, we don't stand a chance.
