Republicans need to call Obama out on this subject. Obama is notorious for never laying out a plan. That's because he doesn't know the details of a plan other than "I want XXX amount to spend". When he says he is going to need spend money on "investments"...they need to ask him, "What specific investments do you have in mind, not in general terms, but specifically?" When Obama says he needs to spend more stimulus money, Republicans should ask him, "We need a specific list of things you want use to stimulate the economy, give us specifics." Obama uses this on Republicans all the time.
