The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Sunday shows that 56% of Likely Voters at least somewhat approve of President Obama's job performance. Forty-four percent (44%) at least somewhat disapprove.
This is the president’s highest approval rating since being reelected and the highest since the earliest days of his time in office (see trends).
Eighty-nine percent (89%) of Democrats approve, while 85% of Republicans disapprove. Among those not affiliated with either major party, 55% approve and 43% disapprove.
The president earns approval from 44% of white voters, 97% of black voters and 75% of other minority voters.
