Sounds like a lotta 1984 doublespeak to me. Since WHEN is cutting spending "irresponsible"? What a bunch of fools - just like the fools that (not "who"; they don't deserve the honor of "who") "elected" this MISadministration in again. It's irresponsible of me when I don't control my spending; why a double standard?
