That means educating and preparing yourself to become a provider, a protector (…a warrior, if need be), to create an environment (home) where a female can feel secure enough to commit herself to raising a family. To be successful, that commitment, by its nature, is a mutual commitment of respect, dedication, and self-denial.
I rarely, if ever, hear parents drilling into their young men (by word and example) that the sole purpose of a little boy’s existence on this earth is to become the best father possible. Were that mantra preached by more mothers and fathers, I believe many of our societal problems stemming from promiscuity, and a host of other problems, would be greatly lessened.
