Requiring honesty in courts would be a good starting point. When they (DOJ) made policy of "alternative defenses" by an attorney in court, it opened the floodgates to fraud, complicating simple cases and doubling or tripling the size of the courts nationwide. Want smaller government...stop attorneys from lieing in court and judges allowing it, deciding cases by their will (politics), not law. Truth and one cogent defense is not too much to REQUIRE of an attorney is it...for a 50% reduction in court staffs?
