Baloney. %15 flat tax on EVERYONE's income, capital gains and corporations. Ofcourse the lobby against that is HUGE so it will never happen. But if it did the revenue would be incredible. Also, Not having a budget should be a law that is PUNISHABLE, by jail time, for congress and the senate!.
