The article cited says thatt he government "spends" $100 billion by allowing people to keep their own money. Not taxing your money is an expense according to the government. How twisted is that? This mysterious study says that 80% of savings flow to the top 20% of earners also. That doesn't square with ASPPA a Retirement Planners organization which shows that 80% of participants earn less than $100K per year. Those earning over $200K participate make 4%.
