Actually like most of your kind you don't believe in the Constitution for one second, but you do try to hide behind it. You didn't find Federalists talking about strengthening States Rights. They were intent on a new kind of government based on a powerful Federal Government wherein the principles of Federal Supremacy made it all work. Your language is found all over the Anti-Federalist Papers. If this were 1787 you would be working to reject the Constitution not uphold it, so stop trying to hide behind what what you obviously do not don't believe in. And don't quote the 10th Amendment Bull either. As far as the Federalists were concerned that changed nothing about Federal Supremacy. Indeed it is the least used Amendment by SCOTUS.
