I have no debate with the VIEWS of the so called social conservatives. That is not the issue. They should be on soapboxes, in schools and even on street corners trying to convince everyone of the validity of their beliefs. However, big government is big government and the GOP is the party of LIMITED government. So, intrusion by the Fed into the bedroom is as bad as it is in the boardroom. Social issues are largely religious and thus are specifically EXEMPTED from the purview of the federal government. Big government conservatives are not conservative, they are just right wing Progressives who provide cover for the more nefarious left wing Progressives, enabling them to use the 'but you just did....' excuse for DC's increasing reach
