I remember when Justice Ginsburg was confirmed. Orrin Hatch asked her if a firm had no black people in a largely black area if that was, ipso facto, evidence of racial discrimination, and thus needing a federal remedy to correct. Justice Ginsburg said "Yes". Senator Hatch then pointed out that her own law firm was located in Washington DC, a majority black area, and had no black employees. Hatch, after clearly nailing her behind to the wall, then let her off the hook, and voted to confirm. This is what happens when you let racist, sexist, leftist idiots on the Supreme court. And Obama is probably going to appoint at least one, and possibly two more.... Good grief.
