Rather than focusing on political affiliations of job candidates...I'd want to know what are their work/ life survival skills sets. Can they  think, reason logically? Can they  creatively problem solve?  Will they enhance my business.  Can they do the job with passion & commitment.   These young folks will bounce back. Their loss is a teachable moment:  never put all your eggs in one basket.
