The federal government shouldn't legislate "morality of any kind?" Usually when people make that kind of statement they are talking about not legislating sexual morality, and I happen to agree. However, I find the Declaration, the Preamble, and the Bill of Rights to be chock full of morality, along with many of the Amendments.
