Derek, the anti-union crowd will make progress with non-union, but "interested" workers, when the anti-union crowd convinces workers to look beyond a union-negotiated pay increase, health benefits, and pensions. People don't join unions to fatten the bosses' wallets . . . they join for their own righteously-selfish reasons. The key here is to show the workers that unions WILL fail the workers at some point, because the coerced benefits they receive will price their company out of its market. This is an "iron" law of economics . . . check on U. S. Steel, American Motors, GM, any number of mining companies, electronic companies once plentiful in the US, but now long-gone.
Really, forget about Trumka!!! Concentrate on the workers!
