blacks seem to overwhelmingly live in ghettos, as if they almost prefer it. it must be that the part of town you don't like but know is better than the part of town you might like but don't know. also the hispanics tend to live in little mexicos. with these ethnic concentrations the dnc can work them over with permanently placed operatives. the equivalent would be the old political machines like tammany hall and pendergast. these machines gave us al smith, harry truman and hubert humphrey, so barack obama's support like this is likely. also the churches in these areas are hotbeds of activism. in white evangelical churches the word election is never even heard from the pulpits, but the rev wrong proves that black churches are all in.
