Given that girls have been suspended under zero drug tolerance policies for having meds for menstrual cramps, boys being suspended because they made a drawing of a gun, etc. This sounds like the same type of thing. Just like all the initial reports all assumed Trayvor Martin was the victim but when the forensic investigation is done it showed he was the perp instead.
