I am a farmer and I know plenty of farmers. The Conservatives would not dream of taking a subsidy for nothing. The ones who managed to plant whatever the weather will for sure destroy get big payments for lost crops without the work of managing the crop in the ground or finding buyers for the crop or delivering the crop. Nope, just send them the money. And yes, they are all good Democrats.
