Some body correct me if I am wrong. I have noticed that a number of the taxing bills ie. Obamacare have originated in the Senate. In the Constitution all taxing and spending bills must start in the House of Representatives how are these laws constitutional (legal) if they start out breaking the law? Doesn't anyone have the standing to challenge these laws? (Not that with Roberts on the court it would make any difference) Are those that have the "standing" which should be anyone the law covers (everyone except Congress) just lacking the huevos or money to challenge unconstitutional laws? Don't all laws have to apply equally to all the states and the people? If so how are the Obama waivers to his chosen legal? Answers appreciated
