There is only one way to treat employees who state a walk out. Greet them on their return and hand them pink slips attached to their final check and suggest that they keep on walking. I look forward to the day that all unions are sent packing. Union employees should take a look at those who are requesting a strike or walkout. There only desire is to maintain control over those weak enough to believe what they are told and those who are simply clones to the stronger Union hierarchy. There is another thing worth mentioning, to those who join the walkout. If you are so concerned with the money you make, how can you afford to give up a days pay to make Butts of yourselves?
