Issues that matter? Really? How about about abiding by the Constitution? If we start by ignoring the Constitution then on what basis do we stand? The Republican Party would do well to stop ignoring the Constitution. Rubio can do many wonderful things for the Party if he chooses but let's do it within the bounds of the law.
