I agree on all points. Nullification, Secession, and an Article 5 Convention (which puts the state legislatures in charge) are all ways of effecting genuine change. Bowing and scraping before the Supreme Court accomplishes ZERO. So does voting within the so-called "Two-Party System" (a phrase that appears nowhere in ANY of the founding documents).
