That's what the left does not realize. They still think we are back in the 1950's where the economies of Europe and Asia were still recovering from the second World War and the United States was pretty much the only place investors had to park their money. The prosperity of the 1950's will never return unless something is done to make America more competitive with the rest of the world and labor unions, regulations, and taxes are making us less competitive and the investment money is going elsewhere. We can no longer have the attitude that we are the only game in town, because we are not. We must now compete with other nations for investors money.
