I'm a retired Navy officer. I've always said if you want to see what Obamacare will be like (ie, socialized medicine) you only have to walk into Bethesda Naval (I guess it isn't called that anymore), and go to the waiting area for getting a prescription. It takes hours to get a simple prescription. It takes months to get an eye appointment. Tri-Care has never worked well. I remember when it went into effect many years ago. Because of the delays, and impersonal care, I've haven't been to a doctor now in 6 years, and I won't go. I'll die alone in my home before I go through that frustration.
