Michael2502, laws against murder, rape, physical violence, theft etc are ENFORCEABLE . But NOT ones against abortion . How many of the countless illegal abortions in America which took place before Roe v Wade were criminally prosecuted ? Almost none . You can practically count them on your fingers . It won't be any different if Roe v Wade is overtuned in the future .
