Of course there are governmental costs to running a multi-state business such as taxes and regulations. But the biggest difficulty for management has always been the unionization of both private and government workers. Though unions were useful when they set working hours/weeks and regulated ages for employment, they have by far become a scourge to businesses AND taxpayers. Today's members aren't as much at fault; their predecessors voted the unions in. But the so-called leaders, the parasites who prey on both their members and the taxpaying public, should be shot at sunrise.
