If you look at the highest levels of revenues created under Presidents you will have to go look at Calvin Coolidge, John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush. After the tax cuts under Bush were implemented our country had the biggest increase in revenue under any president. However, Bush was also a big spender. The problem in my opinion is big government spending, not lower taxes/
