Veterans get treatment for service connected injuries/diseases/conditions. For non service problems they get the same care as anyone else. And yes government medical care is substandard. Go to any Indian Reservation and see for yourself. BTW claims of PTSD from the general population are as common as "soft tissue injuries" and "glaucoma" are from the advocates of "medical marijuana".
