One thing the States do have the Constitutional Authority to do though which most of the States haven't had the balls to do yet is Nullify the Federal Prohibition on Marijuana per the will of their citizens. The States can enact Nullification Laws against the Federal Prohibition with teeth in the laws that simply say any Federal Agent, Employee, or Contracted Federal Employee that attempts to enforce the Federal Prohibition of Marijuana by attempting to raid private individual's homes, or attempt top rsaid Medical Marijuana dispensaries will themselves be Arrested by the County Sheriff, Jailed for up to 1 year, and Fined up to $10,000.00 per incident . If the states did this, that would greatly curb all of the Federal Raids.
