Thasic, your points are actually even more true when you factor in the higher cost of living in most Leftist states. California, New York, Delaware, Hawaii, etc.--average incomes are much higher in these places by necessity, but taxes on "the rich" hit everyone above certain income levels, regardless of where they live. So, it would hit places like California and New York far worse than Oklahoma and Kansas. It's still bad economic practice, but I'm just very bitter right now. It's like watching Pennsylvania and Ohio suffer from the most layoffs and cutbacks since November 6th. GOOD!!!!!
