Chris in Kalifornia, while the Code of Military Justice does, in fact, make adultery a crime, and specifies that it be punished, I would venture to guess that far more than half of our military have violated this regulation. The military, at least until the Korean Conflict, actually issued condoms to our soldiers so as to minimize the damage sustained by illicit sexual intercourse. The sad truth is that most men (I would estimate more than 75%) are like hound dogs--they will engage in sexual intercourse with almost ANY female who is available and willing.
