News flash! Businesses exist to make their owners MONEY...not to provide you with jobs and benefits you don't want to pay for. With companies that already provide health insurance coverage (this was NEVER health care reform - lie numbe one) They typically calculate an annual PER EMPLOYEE cost (also legered as salary, at between 10K to 15K or better. Additionally the employee pays THEIR SHARE depending on the coverage they choose of about $200 to $300 per month. Now take the 50 Employee company that doesn't do this where they pay their employees an average of say $8 per hour. Said employee prior to Obamacare had NO additional outlay for their share of health insurance. The company was not laying out any money either.
