Then apparently you are not one of "we, the people."
An election occurred, just as the Founding Fathers intended, and "we, the people" elected Obama. I did not vote for him, and will probably disagree with most, if not all, of what he does in the next four years, as will almost half of "we, the people." But you cannot invoke "we, the people" when you agree, and then divorce yourself from them when "we, the people" don't act in a manner in which you agree.
Being a part of "we, the people" means beaing a part when you disagree.
