Beyond the real politics of it all, and this might be a stretch, but if researched might be worthy of at least some consideration in politics. With little doubt Romney showed many great human qualities that success garners. What he lacks--at least in front of crowds--was "down-to-earth" affection for people he encountered beyond the typical handshaking. He seldom, if ever, showed real physical affection to people. No real embracing or kissing of the cheeks in a discreet and non-threatening way. Just the opposite of Obama...it's a conscientious PR move ! It's a sign, however small or perhaps non-meaningful that one feels their pain...one has a connection to them...it's more than a hand shake. Obama did it almost all the time when greeting !
