You must also give your customers lots of free stuff. They'll love you and you'll have lots of customers. Of course, you won't be giving them what they reallly want or what they really need but it'll be free so that's all that counts. Plus, as we learned in the last election, free stuff equals freedom. Also, blame the mafia types you hire to steal the money from "the rich" (who will really be your customers) on your competition. That way, they will remain loyal customers while you steal far more than you ever give them.
