Every restaurant (and retail business for that matter) should make it very visible to their customers why prices are going up and service is being cut. Denny's has found a way to do that and still maintain a relationship with their customers. a 5% Obamacare surcharge on the bill... rather than higher prices that hide the reason for the increase... is a great way to be honest with the customer.
