wt: Maybe he is referring to “two” that can’t teach reading. They are probably both private Christian schools where the elders know that reading can lead to questioning the elders. It’s funny how a conservative can suggest education will lead to a reduction in liberalism when their usual course is to rail against education as the cause of liberalism.
