Hamas and all the countries surrounding Israel have been asking for trouble and now they have it! Should Egypt get involved and lose another war, Israel should annex the Sinai to have a buffer zone between it and the Muslim Bortherhood! The same principle for Iran, Syria and any other country that wages war against Israel: losing war has real consequences, loss of land, as Israeil very well knows!
