I have been in the medical field for vover 40 years, and I can tell you thiis, with surety and truth, cause I hacve seen it coome down. Doctors, when told by the government that they have to cut the amount of payback from US for seeing Medicare patients, and Medicaid patients will do one of two things. They will refuse to take on new Medicare patients (they are doing this by the thousands) or..retire...thousands ,more are doing thiis. So this will happen. Any new doctors, or doctors seeing new patients, will have Indian or Hispanic accents so strong..the patients won't be able to communicate with doc. Because the only ones will be forced to do it to pay off the cheap loans and education they got at YOUR expense. Do you follow? Obamacare .
