Wait, I thought global warming was going to bring a wave of unprecedented storms and malaise to the world? Then why would they sell off the trailers if all this destruction was suppose to happen? Poor government planning at its best! FYI, these trailers are meant to provide long term, temporary shelter for those who will be months, if not years, out of a home while it is being rebuilt. There will be hundreds of families out for this period of time and that could be accessed immediately after the storm due to the massive destruction. If FEMA thought there were not needed, then they are completely useless. FEMA shelter was up for years off !75 in Florida due to the destruction of Hurricane Charlie and it was like a minicity.
