Second, to more completely answer your false premise question, even though is its a veiled attempt to excuse away Obama's disastrous policies. Government keeps good economies down. People want to shop, businesses want to grow,and people want to innovate. The economy will always grow in a free market if the conditions are kept free. Poor economic conditions can only be sustained if government interference keeps it that way. Like Roosevelt prolonged the Depression in the 1930's Obama is doing the same today.
