Exactly right. Obama has thrown down a gauntlet on taxes. Boehner should pick it up and jam it down his throat, but he won't because he is spineless. Boehner is sounding the retreat. We need a House Speaker whose tactic is ATTACK, ATTACK, ATTACK!
